So I’ve started exercising again- I can finally say it now I’m fully healed from the c section (it took 6 months 😱) and after putting on an incredible 6 stone during my pregnancy, I’ve been itching to get back into an exercise programme. Over the past few months I’ve been dipping into a little bit of this n a tiny bit of that but each time I tried my wound would re open and I’d be back to square one. But after a week of exercising a bit each day I can finally say I’m back into the swing of things and it feels great!!!!!
I downloaded an app which has been genius for me called Move GB, I’m not sure if you have heard of it but it’s like a gym membership but you can attend tons of different gyms, health centres, exercise classes, swim sessions etc all using this one app. It’s so easy to use- it tracks your location and tells you what’s onn near you at that particular time or you can plan ahead and look at what activities are on different days. It’s perfect for a busy mum like me and for people who love variety. One day you can be on a treadmill at the local gym and the next day you can be trying a yoga class on your way back from an appointment somewhere- it’s so diverse.
So I’ve been swimming and on the cross trainer as well as exercising my core muscles. Hopefully I can keep it up and get a good beach body in time. I’m quite sure that I will as there’s so much choice on my Move GB app that I know I’m not going to get bored and that there’s always something new to try.
I’ve also been eating a lot healthier drinking my Herbalife shakes and eating much more protein, veg and fruit and cutting down on sugars and carbs to try and banish the blob once and for all.
So far I’ve lost a whopping 10 pounds in a few weeks with the diet and exercise combined so this has given me motivation to carry on and get some more results.
